TSB to release one recommendation following its investigation into a 2021 marine accident near Davis Strait, NU
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release its investigation report (M21C0214) into the death of a crew member who was pulled overboard the fishing vessel Suvak near Davis Strait, Nunavut in 2021.
