Investigation report: May 2018 pipeline oil spill near Kamloops, British Columbia

Gatineau, Quebec,  — 

Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (P18H0034) into the Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC pipeline oil spill near Kamloops, British Columbia, in May 2018.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
