The occurrence

On 04 November 2023, a Beechcraft King Air A100 operated by Propair Inc. was on a medical evacuation flight from Rouyn-Noranda Airport (CYUY), Quebec, to Wemindji Airport (CYNC), Quebec, with 2 pilots and 3 mission personnels on board.

The aircraft landed slightly to the left of CYNC’s Runway 28 centreline and exited the runway on the left, coming to rest in the snow approximately 45 feet from the edge of the runway.
