Investigation report: April 2018 grounding of a fishing vessel in Hardys Channel, Prince Edward Island
Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (M18A0075) into the April 2018 grounding of the fishing vessel Roping the Wind near Malpeque Bay, Prince Edward Island.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, 03 December 2018 – Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (M18A0075) into the April 2018 grounding of the fishing vessel Roping the Wind near Malpeque Bay, Prince Edward Island.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
