Investigation report: September 2019 main track derailment near Chipman, Alberta

Edmonton, Alberta, 31 March 2021 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (R19E0150) into the 29 September 2019 main-track derailment of a Canadian National (CN) train near Chipman, Alberta, that resulted in the derailment of 18 cars.
